My 10-year-old son and I traveled from Minnesota to Boston for spring break, both to visit relatives and to introduce him to some of the tourist-y things I'd taken for granted growing up in Massachusetts. This was our second stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel, and once again it was perfect. The service is impeccable, the accommodations excellent, and the location of the hotel is perfect. We were quite close to, and within walking distance of, the Aquarium, Faneuil Hall, the North End, etc. All employees went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. We spent many long days out sightseeing and visiting, and were always quite happy to return to the hotel at night. I very highly recommend the Boston Harbor Hotel, and will certainly return.

We stayed at the Boston Harbor Hotel for the weekend. The hotel is beautiful. The location was walking distance to the Aquarium & Quincy Market. The service of the staff is second to none. EVERYONE was friendly and helpful. Having stayed at many hotels in Boston, we found this hotel to be first class in every way! The hotel even has a private car to get guests around the city. Check- in is at 3:00, got there at 12:00 and our room was ready. The best part is that check-out is at 1:00. Can't think of anything to improve! Simply the BEST of Boston!

This was a business trip that I combined with family travel for my 13 year old son. The location of the hotel was central to the activity on the harbor and convenient to everything. The staff was excellent and service 5-star. I would stay here on my next trip to Boston.

BBH is an attractive hotel providing great convenience to popular tourist sites such as Faneuil Hall. Entertainment on the hotel patio throughout the summer offers an excellent variety. The only negative experience we had was observing that dining/entertainment seating or upgraded rooms were sometimes reserved for hotel guests of greater importance/regularity - since we were also hotel guests and were not given such options. Overall the BHH is a good choice, but if you prefer to be closer to the Beacon Hill or Back Bay areas, other comparably rated hotels would be a better option.

This hotel is fantastic. Very detail oriented. My family is middle class, so it is a stretch to pay their rates, but I felt it was good value and worth treating ourselves to such a nice place.
