    Before we booked our rooms I called the hotel directly 2x to confirm we could arrange for a pick-up at the cruise port . Both times told yes - once by the manager. After we checked in the night before our cruise we were told no port pick-ups - but the General Manager suggested we call when we disembarked and we MIGHT be accommodated. Upon arriving back from our cruise we called to get the van to pick us up and were told NO. Eight guests stranded - 4 of them young children. Their van had to drop cruise passengers off but would not take us back, it went back empty. Thankfully the Hampton Inn (directly adjacent to BW) arrived to pick-up their guests. The driver volunteered to take us back to the BW. Two couples at the Cruise Port said they had booked the BW for two weeks from now and were also told a BW pick-up could be arranged. Also, had family members from Clearwater join us for a night at the BW. They were quoted on the phone, directly from the hotel, $119. When they arrived they were told $139 and that they must have misunderstood. At breakfast, which ends at 10am, two guests arrived at ten seconds past 10 and were told NO breakfast was available because it was past 10, but McDonald's was open. This was the same morning of the time-change. Some leeway should be given. Management couldn't have cared less about us being stranded. I asked how to contact the ownership and was told it was not possible. We cancelled our stay that night and gave our business to the Hampton. The hotel itself clean, rooms are nice. The pool is good, but completely in the shade by 4.30pm.

    Hotel was fine, but they overbooked their shuttle service and were hesitant to provide us with information other than ""another van will be here in 5 minutes"". after 40 minutes ...

    Hotel was fine, but they overbooked their shuttle service and were hesitant to provide us with information other than ""Another van will be here in 5 minutes"". After 40 minutes and many rude looks from the guy behind the desk, the second van finally came. We also waited 40 minutes for the van from the airport to the hotel. We would stay there again and just be prepared with things to do while we wait for their shuttles. Several of our towels were also stained, which is a turnoff.
