After reading reviews I was worried, but booked anyway... The staff was great, we where given a room from the newly remodeled building and it was very nice and clean. Checking was smooth and so was check out. Very satisfied and would deffinately stay again.

The Hotel was close to all Disney Parks and many restaurants. The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was good but it did get old having the same breakfast choices every day. It was reasonable priced, but you get what you pay for. It was noisy at night with kids running up and down the halls. There were bus loads of people coming and going almost every night. We did have a problem with the stopper in our sink not closing and they came immediately and fixed it. Again it was clean, reasonable priced and close to everything. I would stay here again if it was only for a few days but not for a week or more.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I would stay there if I had limited choices. I feel that the customer service and cleanliness of the hotel has declined over the past few years. If I can avoid it, I do not want to stay there anymore, but would not rule it out completely. It was good for when we had to escape a hurricane in our part of Florida, especially because it is a pet-friendly hotel. The past few times that I have stayed there it is a hassle at the front desk and the rooms are not completely clean. As I said earlier, I don't feel that this hotel was bad a few years back; for some reason the quality is declining.

Because of unforeseen events, we had to do several separate bookings for consecutive days. On our online reservation, we requested to have the same room for the duration of our stay and also to have the room next to our friends who were staying there at the same time. Both requests were overlooked by the staff. At the reception desk, we were told we could not have adjacent rooms but we would be able to keep the same room throughout our stay although we had to go through the process of check-out, check-in on several occasions. To our surprise, when we checked out the following day, we were told that we would have to physically move out of the room and go to another one. What a pain!

Good price if you're trying to cut costs. Hotel needs to be remodeled/updated. Only shampoo offered - no conditioner. Electrical hazard - Multiple items plugged into single outlet. Wonder when the last time they cleaned behind the TV/dresser area - Very dirty. Again, too many electrical cords there, too. Very noisy if room is by the pool area.
