We stayed here on our way to Orlando. It is a nice hotel for the money. Free high speed internet was nice. Convient to the highway, Waffle House and Burger King. Staff was nice. I would stay here again.

We checked in around midnight, tired, upon entering the room a.c. was turned off, had to be 100 in the room. Turned on the a.c. & went straight to bed. It finally cooled down enough to sleep by 3 a.m. When we woke up, in the light of day, it was obvious the room hadn't been cleaned. There was rice krispie cereal on the floor. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there was a blue circle on the edge of the tub from a shampoo bottle or something. hair on the floor, absolutely no clean towels or washrags. A roach was crawling on the bathroom counter. We checked out immediately, did not want to take a chance on breakfast. We complained to management along with three other guests who had similar rooms, a discount was applied but as bad as that room was I don't think it was sufficient. We will not give them a second chance.

My bathroom was filthy. I complained to the front desk and nothing was done about it. As I was checking out at the end of my stay I was met with a very rude desk clerk who did not have time to check me out because ""she had to cook breakfast too!"".

The hotel I intended to stay at was sold out, so I went to this Comfort Inn looking for a room. They had one room left and I took it. I know I was lucky to get a room (it was late at night) and beggars can't be choosers. However, the room was in very poor condition; the bathroom smelled, the drapes were dirty, the window was streaked, etc...
