Here is the kicker I called Buena Vista Suites at 10pm on aug 4th 2009 asked about the room rate for one night using AAA discount they said *. When I arrived around 11 pm the front desk denied that rate. Said i didnâ??t speak to anyone there within the hour until I said I just spoke to a woman not too long ago. She tried to get me to pay * for the same room. Front desk was rude and was giving me the run around until I said I stayed here last week for the same rate. So she finally just gives the $* rate. We goto the room and slept until 8:15 am aug 5th 2009. I wake everyone up to start the day. I goto the shower ,the sliding glass door was opened already, I start the shower water. Then i try to close the glass sliding shower door and it seemed to be stuck and as my 2yr old daughter comes to use the potty i pull the glass sliding shower door a little harder and it shattered into pieces over my head to my feet and around my 2yr old daughter. The glass cut my left arm 18 cuts. i Had 18 little cuts on my arm and bleeding. Lucky my daughter was ok and had her pj

Although I stand by my previous review; 2 days after I got home I checked my online banking. I was charged an EXTRA $*.I called the hotel to find out why, after a short review they admitted they had made an ""ERROR"". Even though they are currently working to reverse the charges it is an error I didn't need. So...WATCH YOUR STATEMENT.

We go to Orlando a couple times a year; Although this was our first stay at Buena Vista Suites...It will not be our last. With 2 big screen tv's, a real A/C unit(not one of the smelly "in the wall"units), enough room for 6 adults, VERY quiet rooms. Overall , our best stay in Orlando yet. Close to Epcot so we didn't have a long drive after a long day of walking. The only thing that could have made the room better was a bigger tub to soak in.

We stayed at Buena Vista Suites over Christmas and it was a lovely experience. The hotel is newly remodeled and they did a great job. The room decor was wonderful. The rooms consist of too large well appointed rooms. The first room when you enter is the living area with a sofa sleeper, chair, desk, table and dresser. It also has a flat panel TV, microwave and refrigerator. The next room has either a King bed or 2 Queen beds. We stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds and the beds were too die for!!!! They were very very comfortable. There is also a flat panel TV in the bedroom and it is nicely furnished. The room was a nice amount of space for my husband and I and our 2 active boys. The hotel also has a breakfast buffet that comes complimentary with the room. It has a nice selection of food which included eggs, hash browns, waffles/pancakes/french toast sticks, sausage/bacon/ham. The pool was small but it worked for us. This hotel is in a great location. It is about 15 minutes from all of the Disney parks and Downtown Disney. They also have a shuttle service to and from the parks but we rented a car so we did not use the shuttle service. Over all the stay was a great experience for a very good price. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family members and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean with nice staff. Rooms were recently re-done, so they looked very nice. Beds were comfy, flat screen tvs were cool, adequate space in shower, fitness room needs some additional equipment and pool needs access from inside hotel, great hot breakfast daily...overall very good. Only problem is location--if you enjoy walking anywhere--there are NO sidewalks or crosswalks nearby. The closest NICE restaurant (there is a Ponderosa's which is directly across the street) is a few miles away and taxis are expensive. $50 from airport to this area and $10 for 1/2 mile ride up the road to Premium Outlet Stores.
