I would not stay again at the best westren. broken outside hot tub turned into s kid pool. Tv stand was broken when we got their i called about it to be fixed, 5 nights and six days and no one showed up to fix it. room service was very good i do have to say. It got kinda cool at night so i called the front desk to have the heat turned on the maintance man came and did something said it was on. but 2 days later we were still waitting for the heat to kick in. the only good thing was they never fixed there things so my kid found a broken pop machine and got like 40 bottles of pop out of it for just .50 cents lmao

The hotel was the least expensive for Downtown Disney area. The room was not attractive, It had an old TV on top of a dresser. The ice machines did not work on 3 floors. I found one after the 3rd floor. The buffet breakfast was very good. I would not stay here again

We stayed for 4 nights, two adults no children. The room was the Disney view, which was a standard double queen room, but with the view of Epcot. We enjoyed the fireworks as promised every night at 9:00 pm; however, we were 15 floors high and if I had children staying I think whole time I would have been worried that they would fall from the balcony. Overall the room was clean and beds were comfortable, but as I had read in other reviews, the air conditioning vent was noisy, but tolerated. I think we expected more because it was on Disney property. We had a Microwave, refrigerator and an in room safe, which was apparently why we were charged the $7.99 a night resort fee. But for the price and location to Disney it was worth it I guess. Breakfast Buffet was not worth it, but there was a Shoneys just down the road that was great. As in other reviews I had read, the valet parking can be skipped if you have no problem walking. We however chose to pay the $10 a night valet parking fee because when we arrived a space was available right in front of the front entrance. We were told the whole time we were there that this space would be saved for us. It was, except for one day. When we returned the valet had to move a car that they had parked temporarily. My husband was a little aggravated, but we got over it. I dont know if we would stay there again, maybe. Oh, the elevators were very squeaky...gave me the creeps. We bought our tickets to Disney and Universal at the hotel, I liked that. It was very close to Downtown Disney, I liked that too!

Mostly the hotel staff was nice. We had an unpleasant experience with parking where one of the parking concierge that we had to valet park our car for $10 a day. He was just this side of rude and was a bit arrogant. Then he refused to give my husband directions on how to circle around the parking lot without going out into Hotel Plaza Blvd. traffic again. There was a sign when we drove up at the hotel to check in. This is not the norm at Downtown Disney. I've stayed at other hotels in Downtown Disney and am familiar with parking there. I told him I would park my car myself and I refused to pay to valet park. Oh hello, I'm a paying guest at the hotel; Valet parking is optional not mandatory. Additionally, a woman working at Guest relations was very pushy and got the same bad attitude when we said we didn't want to take an hour tour of a new facility they were building, time share. She never once called it what it was and not happy with us when we didn't want to spend our time doing that. As I said, most of the hotel staff was nice and professional. But two negative incidents in less than 30 mintues will keep me from ever staying at their hotel again. What a shame.
