    My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Caesars Palace and were sadly disappointed. We wanted to stay there because we had tickets for a show in the Colosseum and didn't want to worry about parking or driving back to another hotel after the show. Unfortunately, parking was our first problem. We arrived at around 5:30 pm and were told the valet parking was full. I'm sorry but if I'm paying over $* a night, I expect valet parking. Instead we had to park in self parking and walk throught the entire casino from there to the hotel registration with our bags. We received an upgraded room which was beautiful but we soon found out why we were so readily upgraded. The tv would not turn off and the front desk informed us that it was all computerized and had to be turned off from some main computer operations panel and we were told someone from engineering would come take a look at it after waiting for more than an hour we finally left for dinner with the tv still on. We enjoyed our dinner at Beijing Noodle No. 9. The noodles were fantastic. After dinner, however, it was impossible to find an empty slot machine or table or get service in any of the bars or lounges. The whole place was unbelievably crowded. Didn't they just complete a huge renovation and expansion? The show was very good but once again so crowded that the line for drinks was 45 minutes long or more. When we returned to our room at around 3:00 am our tv was off but we soon found that the toilet didn't work. Wow. This was our first time at Caesars and our last. What a rip off!!

    We stayed in the Roman Towers and the room was all beat up. The TV stand was broken and the cabinets were practically falling off the hinges. The beds were very uncomfortable and my bed was made without a blanket under the comforter. In the hallways the maids equipment was out unattended at all times! The shower clogged and flooded but they did fix it. Looking out the window on the fake terrace there was garbage strewn. The cafe was really good and the location great but not impressed with anything else.

    Beautiful rooms, nice helpful staff. only complaint is true of all the big casinos, way too expensive for things like water etc..a bottle of water for $* plus is out ...

    Beautiful rooms, nice helpful staff. Only complaint is true of all the big casinos, way too expensive for things like water etc..A bottle of water for $* plus is out of line in my opinion. Tip...You can buy it on the strip for a buck! Overall had a good vacation. This is my 5th or 6th trip to Vegas but I may be finished with it as it gets more expensive each time and they are leaving me behind financially. I had no money left to gamble after paying for food, drinks etc!!!

    What words can describe the experience??? fantastic, awesome, wonderful, gorgeous front desk was helpful, all other staff members were helpful. you can't get any better! we will be back!!!!
