The Room: Nice & Clean, smoking room w/out the smoking smell. Living room: pull out sofa comfy chair, tv/DVD player. Kitchenette w/full stove/oven, microwave,dishwasher, refriderator, coffee maker, pots, pans dishes cups & detergent. Seperate bedroom King Bed tv, radio w/i-pod connectivity . Nice bathroom seperate sink area blow dryer all nutragena products. Iron/ Ironing board. Complimentry Hotel Ammenities & Service: Breakfast :Waffle station (my favorite), eggs, meat, homefries, cerials, bagles, muffins, fruit and of course juices, coffe tea & hot chocolate. Indoor pool and hot tub, business center, local shuttle service, laundry facilities, I have never seen this before but this hotel does offer grocery shopping for you, leave your list they'll get your grocerires. Staff: Every single staff member we encontered from the front desk to maintenece or housekeeping staff walking by greeted us with a friendly smile and hello. We wanted to know the closest mini golf so we called the front desk and she printed us the three near by and all there information. When I had a problem with my flight the day we were supposed to check out thy extended our check out from 12- 1 for no additional cost. Location: If you plan on going sight seeing in DC, or visiting National Harbor, this is a great location. It is only about 15-20 minutes from the city/Harbor and since it's in VA it is definitely cheaper. There is a diner in the same parking lot of the hotel and they have a menu for it in your room. There's not really any knd of view for your room but everything else is GREAT! All & All this hotel is well worth the stay!

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly; the rooms were spacious and clean, and the complimentary breakfast and dinner were very good. There was a free shuttle to the metro which was very convenient. The only negative thing I can say is that the pool was a little cold, and the metro ride to the city is long. The upside is that this metro stop is one of the first ones so you could always get a seat.

Very pleased with all aspects of our stay. Breakfast was great. Rooms were large and very clean. Two TVs, two phones, ice maker, DVD player. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a little pricey, but a bargain by DC standards.

Our family recently stayed here during our DC excursion. We found the hotel to be very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. We also found the breakfast to have a nice selection every morning. Our only minor complaint would be the lifeguard at the pool. He takes his job VERY SERIOUSLY; so much so that we were so uncomfortable that we stayed only for a brief time. In the twenty minutes we were there, he yelled at our two sons three times and hovered over them all the while my husband and I were sitting there. I am all for safety, but this was overkill. Other than that, we enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again.

The staff were very helpful, the hotel is very clean and it does a nice job of catering to both families and business travelers. As a traveling family, the breakfast and evening snack worked very well for us and had enough variety to keeps us all happy (desire for junk from half our household and a desire for fruit and veggies from the other half). The kitchen in our room had a nice variety of utensils and dishes such that we could prep a simple ""eat in"" meal as we desired. Also, rooms were quiet - no noise from hall or upstairs. Great staff (can't say that enough).
