Friendly, helpful staff. Good room - clean and well maintained. Next to a light rail stop - and just one stop from downtown. And service to the airport. More restaurants to the north, as well as downtown. I will stay here again.

We stayed for one week in August. 1st of all, it was the best for the money when you compare this to Sheraton and the others. They all charged for the bottles of water and parking. They cleaned everyday and put in new sheets everyday. It was across from the Light Rail. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you like your coffee in the morning, yes they provided coffee but it is was of those 1 cup coffee makers. And, while everyone else closed up the side walks, they had a great happy hour. They also had their pool, which was also cleaned.?I just had stroke, and have a hard time conveying my words, but the best words for this place was great! I would definetly go back!

08/12/2009Not the best of rooms, ac never quite cooled the room. i finally took the ac filter out because it was plugged which seemed to help.

The required fee for a pet in the room . The hotel should have paid us to stay in the room. We were first put in a room with no funiture just a bed. The next room after complaint was dirty with pet stains on the carpet and did not fill clean at all. So dirty would not let dog on carpet and we walked with shoes on. If it hadn't had been a late check in would have left.

Older hotel, but kept up nicely. Rooms were large with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Close to all major downtown attractions, and very close to the airport. Definitely worth the money. Will stay there again when in Phoenix.
