  We only had one night in savannah and it was ruined by our stay here. we had no hot water in our room and there was no one to fix ...

  we only had one night in savannah and it was ruined by our stay here. we had no hot water in our room and there was no one to fix the situation. the manager would not return my calls until a poor review was promised. then he said that he would refund the cost of the room but never did. i received no response to my last email. if i could do it over, i would stay ANYWHERE else and i recommend that you do the same.

  There were bugs in the room and a/c unit made noises all night long, and woke up to loud rap music at 4.00am ....

  My wife and I spent two days here while we toured historic Savannah. It is about 10 minutes from the historic area. The front desk people were very courtious and helpful. The continental breakfast was quite good and well caredfor. There was a free online computer for guests to use free of charge. There are several good resturants within a few minutes drive. Flights from the nearby military air base caused only occational noise. This would be our first choice if we were to go back to Savannah.

  Hotel beds need to be update, continental breakfast was a joke. bathroom was extremely too small for the average person. too much noise from car dealership across the street.

  HOTEL BEDS NEED TO BE UPDATE, CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE. BATHROOM WAS EXTREMELY TOO SMALL FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON. TOO MUCH NOISE FROM CAR DEALERSHIP ACROSS THE STREET.

  The hotel is under new ownership and you can really tell the difference. the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. i would recommend trying this hotel again!
