  When we first entered the motel, the first floor smelled really bad. Then things went from bad to worse, the first thing we seen when we entered the room and turned the light on -BUGS!! They were crawling on the bed! We went back to the front desk and the clerk gave us a new room on the 2nd floor. The new room didn't have any ""alive"" bugs, but there were a few that had been smashed on the wall and housekeeping didn't clean it up! Never Stay Here!!!

  Rooms were nice and clean, continental breakfast was excellent!!! employees were friendly. the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

  We booked two double bed rooms, upon arrival one room had no light and dirty towels still in bathroom. We called the front desk and the problems were taken care of quickly. We initially booked one night then booked additional night the next morning, the front desk was very helpful. Upon returning from our daylong outing, one room was not cleaned. no made beds, no trash taken out, no clean towels. No reason to call the front desk, it was late and we just wanted to go to bed. Pool, pleasant. Breakfeast, great. not much room for all the travelers

  We live about 2 hours away and like to shop in Sgfd. and have stayed here at least once a year for the past 3 years. It is always our first choice, and it is a great value for the money. The rooms are clean and contemporary. Staff is very friendly. Enjoy the wi-fi internet. Hotel is near everything, yet not right on the main drag, making it easier to get in and out. Has been recently remodeled.

  The guest rooms need attention. Major items like air conditioner needs to be replaced. The first room they gave us had an air conditioning unit tha twas leaking and not working yet they gave us the room. The second room had a unit that only worked on high and it was extremely loud.
