This hotel was a hidden gem. From the outside doesn't look like much, but rooms were great. No elevator, hard to lug bags up to second floor. Room was very nice. Beds were good, room decoration was very nice. Room was large and clean. Toilet was very powerful. Hotel's resturant was fantastic! Great breakfast, real OJ and smelled awesome. Be advised resturant is closed for dinner Sunday nights. Resturant up the street, Walker's very good! Ask desk for free desert coupon.

It's conveniently close to the airport and priced nicely. We stayed the day we arrived in Billings and again when we returned from our trip to Yellowstone before flying back home. It was more ""motel-like"" than we expected but it was very clean and updated. The pool was beautifully surrounded with hanging flowers in full bloom. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. We felt very safe walking around downtown and the front desk recommended 2 great restaurants (Jakes & Walkers) for dinner along with discount cards. There is no continental breakfast, but Stella's next door had great breakfast food...the wait staff were not too friendly though.

The room was large and clean. Extremely comfortable pillow-top mattress!!! Hotel beds always kill my back, but not this one! I slept like a baby. We have stayed at this hotel twice, once in the summer and once this spring. Both times we stayed in the part of the hotel overlooking the outdoor pool/courtyard. The pool area was quiet at a reasonable hour and we heard no traffic noise at all. There is no complementary continental breakfast, but the restaurant right next to the hotel is wonderful for homestyle breakfasts or lunches. This hotel is extremely convenient to downtown as well as having a straight shot to the airport and the freeway. It is an older hotel, but has been completely remodelled and is very nice. The one drawback that I found is that the elevator is very small and it is a struggle to get the luggage cart in and out of the elevator. We had appointments on the day we were leaving and when I explained this to the desk clerk, she immediately offered us a later checkout at no extra charge. The staff was very friendly and very helpful all around. For the comfort and the amenities I don't think you will find another hotel in Billings that is comparable in price. I would, and do, definitely recommend this hotel to my friends or anyone else staying in Billings.

this hotel is very nice and clean, hotel staff is very nice, front desk was very helpful i really appreciate there help whatever they did for us to keep us happy this hotel is in downtown close to airport nice restaurents walking distance i really enjoyed my stay and i will definitely come back and i will prefer to say here again

This is an older hotel that has had the interior completely upgraded. The rooms are very clean and the beds are excellent (pillow top). Service was excellent and non intrusive. It has an excellent downtown location. The bathtubs aren't very big and the water pressure was medium, but overall we would stay there again in a heartbeat.
