  Most important thing about a buisness is how the employees are, and this place its terrible. Wouldnt ever stay here ever again ever.The elevators stunk like urine. It was bad. Breakfast was good,but again staff are so RUDE.Looking at you like if you own them something,they are there to serve and please you, not you trying to please them............

  This is a older hotel going through some renovations, during my stay the pool was not open due to water problems, it had recently been cleaned & painted, the exercise room ...

  This is a older hotel going through some renovations, during my stay the pool was not open due to water problems, it had recently been cleaned & painted, the exercise room would be exceptional if they would update some of the broken equipment, the carpet in the halls needs to be changed, along with general repairs to rooms which seems to be underway, at one time this was a fine hotel, with large grounds and ammenities.

  We stay here every year for our family reunion. we have been comming to the same place for over 20 years. we love this place and will never go anywhere ...

  We stay here every year for our family reunion. We have been comming to the same place for over 20 years. We love this place and will never go anywhere else. We will be there again this june. If you ever go to Shrevport, your best bet is to stay there. It is close to everything, Wal-Mart, Casino's, Resturants, But they do serve really good breakfast, And they have really good happy hour!! Thanks

  This hotel is horrible,forget what it says about it all lies!! the smell is enough to make you run,the rooms are run down and smell also. we had ...

  This hotel is horrible,forget what it says about it all lies!! The smell is enough to make you run,the rooms are run down and smell also. We had reservations for a king suite with deluxe furnishings and got two double beds with horrible smell. When we inquired about why we didn't get what was reserved, the lady on the desk explained very rudely that they were all gone and that is all they had. We had reservations and check-in was at 3pm and we arrived at 3:30 pm.
