I recently stayed here because of a decent online deal and the fact they offer a shuttle to and from the airport. NOT!! turns out the shuttle is the Blue Shuttle Van, with the same roundtrip fare as charged to anyone, no special deal. The room was fine, but the service I was expecting from the other reviews was not there for me. It was okay, not great, but also no complaints, but I was disappointed. Well, I do have a complaint about the fact they are shown as providing airport shuttle service when they certainly do not. I'll stay downtown the next time, being near a mall does nothing for me.

Overall our experience was great. Kids used the pool and enjoyed it, restaurant was very good and room service the next morning was prompt and food was excellent. We asked for extra towels and they were brought to our room almost instantly. Front desk was polite and very helpful. Would stay stay here again. Room and all other areas we were in were clean and tidy.

The Holiday Inn Select Denver is one of our preferred hotels. We travel to Denver 3-4 times a year, and this is our favorite. The rooms are very comfortable, service is quite good, and most importantly, the front desk and other hotel staff are always helpful and very friendly! Highly recommended

The hotel was very nice and the location was great. The rooms were clean and bed's very comfortable. The night hotel staff was very freindly and went above and beyond when we needed directions and recommendations for restaurants. We only had contact with the night staff, but I am sure the day staff is just as helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable from the room to the lobby, even as far as the pool and smoking area. Service was prompt when needed and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The decor was soothing and the beds were so comfortable that we were all asleep much faster than we figured we would. Only one problem. One of the two elevators for the East Tower (where we were) was down on the day we checked out and it was quite a hassle to get our luggage down to check out. Overall, our stay at the Cherry Creek Holiday Inn Select was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay there again when the need comes up.
