  Everything was as expected. The room was clean, quiet, everything worked. The staff was cordial and knowledgeable about the area. The continental breakfast was very nice with a good variety of food. We would definitely stay here again.

  I happened to stay at this hotel and I was very pleased with it.The staff and service was very good.The room was very clean,beds were comfortable and well equipped.The fact that this place has a 24 hr pool is a plus and most hotels don't have this amenity.It is a little secluded but a very short drive from downtown Palm springs and other attactions.the breakfast offered was good and varied.All in all I would definitly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Palm Springs area specially families.

  A good place to stay. Do not expect super service. They are updating the rooms: new carpets, beds, furniture. It was clean,fairly quiet - off the main road about a block. If something doesn't work (the phone, which we didn't need) don't expect fast service. But overall a good experience for the price.
