  This motel looked better from the outside and that's not saying much. The rooms were tired, shabby, and carpet filthy. Lesson learned-you get what you pay for. We ditched it after the first night and found a MUCH nicer hotel for only $*/more per night.

  The hotel was clean and reasonably priced which were the upsides of this establishment. Also, the free breakfast is pretty good. On the downside the beds were a back-breaker, it was fairly noisy all night and the transportation is not as advertised. There is limited shuttle spaces for the airport and port of Los Angeles so you have to sign up early for the ""free"" shuttle. Also the shutlles only run during the day which was not explained to us even when we called to verify that we could get an airport pickup prior to our flight. They said yes but when we arrived they wouldn't pick us up.

  The staff at the this hotel was friendly and the room was clean. adjoining rooms were noisy, probably due to poor building quality.

  Hotel staff was friendly & helpfull. Rooms were not bad , but not great (good for the price) Best part...Free shuttle back and forth to our cuise line at no extra charge like most hotels, and they let us park our car there while on the cruise at almost no additional charge. Overall a good place for the price.

  Other than the carpet being a little old and the bedspread looking in need of replacement, this was an okay hotel for the price. Good shower pressure. It seemed to be well cleaned- no hairs. It had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room. It had HBO and pay per view movies. It wasn't in an area that you'd like to take a walk in. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff was nice.
