  Beds were very bouncy, not comfortable. customer service was rude. when we checked in, ""crib"" that we reserved wasn't in the room, no record of it being reserved. the "" ...

  Beds were very bouncy, not comfortable. Customer service was rude. When we checked in, ""crib"" that we reserved wasn't in the room, no record of it being reserved. The ""crib"" was a pack n play. Not a family oriented hotel at all. Only stay here if you plan on a bad night's sleep in a bed and are going to be gone all day.

  I made a reservation specifying that i needed to park and fly, but when i showed up to check i was told that there was no parking available and that ...

  I made a reservation specifying that I needed to park and fly, but when I showed up to check I was told that there was no parking available and that the reservation had been made for room only. Even when given confirmation number and the name of the man I spoke with, they refused to honor my reservation and were rude during the whole discussion.
