  After staying at this hotel for a week the bed linens were not changed once even after I asked. You are on the housekeepers schedule so if you would like service you better know when they are ready or forget it. If you do get service only expect that they will pull up the sheets on your bed and provide a couple towels. The rest of the staff is just as bad, your being there seems an inconvienece to all. AND there is a iron train track behind the property. The really loud train goes up and down the hill sometimes 4 times a night. There is no way this place is even close to worth their rates.

  To Whom this may concern, Our stay at the Comfort Inn was very enjoyable! The Hotel staff was very curteous and honestly interested in how we found things. The compimentary breakfast was esspecially enjoyable. And although it appeared to be full(the hotel) we never noticed any of the usual half dozen or so kids running up and down the halls,or anything like that. Even though it was just for one night,I would definately recommend you Inn. I would also like to thank X the morning desk clerk for her thoughtful and wrm remarks regarding my wife's health condition.She was terrific! Thank you Travelocity,and of course everyone at the Comfort Inn West, Sincerely, Jerry&Janice Duncan Blaine,Mnn.

  After checking in for two (2)nights, the next day we returned to find all our luggage and medical equipment packed up and removed from room because they mistakenly wrote down one night rather than two. Manager refused to admit their error. Very insensitive to customers.

  Enjoyed our stay at this very clean, friendly motel. Would strongly advise coming to this motel and bypassing Superior motels. They don't hold a candle to it. Convenient to get to. Continental breakfast was great and plenty to chose from."

  This is probably my favorite hotel that I have stayed in while in Duluth. The room was clean, the pool area was great and I loved the continental breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the location.
