Very disappointed
08/21/2007Hotel room wasn't clean and though non-smoking, smelled like stale cigarette smoke. outside doors were propped open.

07/13/2007The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. good for families.

The shower curtain was covered with brown stuff, I don't want to think what it could have been. Then there were several false fire alarms. We were staying with two children and had to wake them up to evacuate. There were no instructions from the staff during that time at all. All of the guests were outside in their pajamas, some holding babies, no one knowing if it was real or not.
