I had another hotel booked at a different hotel the same day, but the service was terrible and the hotel unsafe, so I came here instead, and it was a wonderful contrast. Everyone was so friendly and helpful (the housekeeping, front desk, pool staff, and breakfast host). All they had left was a smoking room, but I went and checked it out and I couldn't even tell that someone had smoked in there. The pool only holds 8, but fortunately, we didn't have any competition!

Beware. My wife and I stayed here for one night. I pre-paid our stay but when I checked in, the desk clerk charged me again. She laughed it off and said she would remove this charge. The next morning when I checked out, the same clerk then double charged an additional amount. I was told not to worry, I would receive credits.Two months later and after 5 calls to the manager, I have not yet received proper credit. . Please consider our experience before you decide to stay at this property.

Though the desk staff was very kind, the room was very dirty. My sheets were stained, the carpet was sticky, and I was greeted by several bugs when I opened the door. The implied internet access was only available through an unsecure wireless network.

We wanted to get a hotel close to Legends so that we could spend a couple of days shopping. All the hotels around Legends were too pricey!! This hotel was perfect. It had a swimming pool that we used after our long shopping days. It was very close to Legends and very easy to find. (Even for someone like me who can get lost pulling out of our driveway.) The Continental breakfast was perfect. The staff was polite and very helpful. The pool was a little small but it served the purpose for what we needed.
