I keep forgetting that Hiltons don't offer free WiFi (which I suppose is due to the conference center) and I absolutely refuse to pay $10/day for maybe an hour's worth of service (you'd be better off going to Barnes and Noble around the road and paying at Starbucks). Otherwise it's a perfectly lovely hotel (a little ugly on the outside but meh, it happens).

The only positive item about this hotel was the location. It was easy to get into the city and the surrounding areas. As far as the hotel, the service was a 6 at best. In trying to find directions to shopping and attractions the front desk was pretty unhelpful. Also the rooms and hallways smelled pretty bad.

When my husband and our 3 children arrived to our room the room felt like 100 sq feet. The bathroom was so small only 1 person at a time could be in there. TO MY SURPRISE AT A HILTON HOTEL THER WAS URINE ON THE TOP OF THE TOLIET SEAT. The beds are not queen double beds they were 2 full size beds. When I reserved our reservation online it was listed as queen beds. I called down to the front desk after being there about 5 minutes to tell the front desk about the urine and ask if they had rooms with bigger beds and TO MY SURPRISE the hotel staff was not concerned or appologetic about the urine. No one even said we are sorry. As far as the beds go it was very difficult for 2 adults, a 13 yr old, 9 yr old, & 4 yr old to sleep on 2 full size beds. Again another surprise after a 5 hours ride we went to take a shower and clean up before going to bed and the towels smelt like coffee, onions, and orange peels. I did not feel like this was a very clean kept hotel. I have stayed at many hotels and by far this was my worst experience yet. We made it through the week end but I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

Awesome rooms. Theses beds are the best ever...Not at all like i have ever slept in at a hotel. I have always liked to stay at hilton Hotels in downtown areas,but this was as good or better in a suburb local. Great place to stay> Don't even waste your time at any other hotel."
