  We stayed here for 4 nights, and had a positive experience. The property was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodated our family's needs. The ladies in the breakfast room were always quick to make an extra waffle for the kids and the housekeeping staff was pleasant. Its a short walk across the street to the beach and the pool/hot tub were nice to have as well. We will definately stay here again when we return to West Palm.

• What a GREAT Place to Stay!!!

  We came for two nights during a sports tournament. WE WILL BE BACK!!! The staff is Super, the rooms neat and clean, the breakfast food variety was perfect, and the location was just right for our needs. The view of the sunsets from our balconey overlooking the IIntercoastal Waterway was unbelievably beautiful!!! We got some coffee at "dark-thirty" in the morning...walked across the road (A1A) to the beach and watched the sunrise...then went in to have a super breakfast to start our day off just right! Very nice park with playground and bathrooms, plus the beach itself is very good along this section of coast. Every Staff member we encountered was very friendly and had a smile and a hello. Room was perfect...roomy and comfortable with 'fridge and microwave, two TV's, etc. All we needed plus more! If you are a runner or a cyclist (which I am) this place is PERFECT, as the rides north or south on A1A are beautiful and don't have much traffic in the mornings! Again...we can't wait to schedule another stay!

• An unbelievably atrocious stay/Rude staff

  One would expect some degree of hospitality at any hotel as well as respect, integrity & honesty by hotel staff in this day & age in the usa. this was surely lacking ...

  One would expect SOME degree of hospitality at any hotel as well as respect, integrity & honesty by hotel staff in this day & age in the USA. This was surely lacking along with knowlege of the area (lack of directions to a shopping mall or a drugstore)! They refused to honor our AAA discount & proceeded to be dishonest -- pretending to give us a discount when in fact they were giving us standard rate. Don't expect conditioner, lotion or more than a pinch of shampoo & a tiny bar of soap, or any help in arranging cab service.
