  This was one of the best vacations I have ever taken, and Imperial Hotel was a big part of it! I arrived early (10:00 AM), and was allowed to check-in immediately. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff went out of their way to make sure all my needs were taken care of. They even arranged for me to visit a local elementary school (I teach at an elementary school in Los Angeles.) The bar staff was friendly, and took the time to help me with learning some mandarin. Imperial Hotel is located in central Taipei, and many attractions are within walking distance, or a short taxi ride. The laundry service was fast and affordable. Overall, a great travel value!
