The food in the restaurant wasn't anything special – a bit over priced for what it was – Limited choices of where to eat – Breakfast or Dinner – We were looking for something within walking distance. The van driver Tony took us and picked us up to a local restaurant for breakfast - which was very nice -

Fantastic location - a few blocks from the lakefront and many downtown attractions. We were there for an NFL weekend and thought the price for the room and parking were very reasonable. We were able to upgrade easily to a larger room and were very pleased...everything was great and would have rated this a 5 except for the hot water situation in the shower - the tap had been adjusted so that the warmest you could get the water in the bathtub/shower was tepid...and in blustery late October that just isn't warm enough and none of our family was able to take a shower! Also surpised that for such a large hotel there was no pool. Otherwise we loved the location and would consider staying there again.

We arrived before the check in time and our room was ready which was nice, although this was the off-season. In addition, we had a view overlooking the Lake. Parking at the hotel is expensive, $18 a day; we could have parked across the street for $8.50 a day. However, hotel parking allows you to leave the car all day and have access whenever you want, a fair trade off. If you drive around be prepared to park on a meter or in a parking garage, as there is very limited street parking. The garages charge between $2 for the first hour up to $15 for the day. Some close early so be sure to check the closing time. Most attractions were only open from 10 to 5 daily and when we arrived on the Sunday the only place to eat in the evening, downtown, was the hotel, everywhere else we looked at was closed. Cleveland is a nice place to walk around in, lots of open spaces, interesting architecture and sculptors abound. Cleveland is a city in transition, with a lot of building and store renovation going on. It appears to have been hit hard by the recession, but instead of boarding up buildings it is making a visible effort to keep its appearance from becoming run down. Well worth the visit and would go again. Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Museum of Art worth the visit.

We were leary about staying in downtown Cleveland. However, when we found this hotel, just by driving around, we were glad we did. Being members of Priority Club, we got extra special treatment and a great rate. Location is outstanding, just 3 blocks from Lake Erie. We were on the 21st floor with a great view of the Rock Hall and Browns Stadium, next to the Lake. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, business or leisure.

In the center of downtown. Walking distance to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Browns Stadium, Tower Area, Arcade, Galleria, Lake Erie Parks, and for a true walker, you can reach the Flats, Warehouse District, Playhouse Square, Progressive Field (for Indians), and Quicken Loans (for Cavs)...I did! There is an Enterprise Rental Car office in the lobby for those who want/need wheels. Food is very good; staff is excellent; couldn't ask for any more.
