The overall experience was very good. Close to everywhere I needed to be. Could hear planes from the airport very slightly though. The rooms where very clean, quite, and the bed was comfortable. Lots of fast food restaurants nearby. The free newspaper was nice. Staff was very quick and friendly. A great place to stay if you are just looking for a clean, quite, comfortable room to rest from travel.

I'll strat with the pros--I called ahead and asked that a crib be set up and ready in the room upon our arrival as we would be getting in quite late. The crib was ready and was clean and pretty sturdy. In other hotels where I've reserved a crib I usually show up and still have to ask for it again so it was really nice to finally have one set up ahead of time as requested.
The other pro-- my sister and I both though the beds were super comfortable! One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in actually.
The cons-
-unknown to me at the time, the outlet I used to charge my camera didn't work so I was suprised to find my camera dead the next day and very disappointed that I could not take pictures at my family event. Everything about the hotel was a little "old" so maybe the electrical systems need a little updating.
-The location was not terrible in terms of distance to freeways etc but it did not feel like the safest part of town. If you stay there, get a second floor room. It's a pain to drag your luggage up the stairs but worth the added security especially if traveling with small children like we were.
-Breakfast was not what I was expecting, terrible danishes and even worse coffee.
-Not a big deal but still a small con, the fridge did not have a temperature control and by day 3 just about everything we had in there was frozen solid. A little inconvienent when you're trying to pour milk for the baby's bottle.
Overall, not the worst place I've stayed at for the money but in the future I will pay a little more to stay somewhere nicer. -

the stuff are a family, they are pretty friendly. But the problem is, the supplies they use, like soap, shampoo are in such a poor quality that I have to my own ones there. But I told them, and they shared with me their own shower gel they use at home. Another thing is the bed is not that comfortable, but durable. generally, the hotel is good for students, but for bussiness and family trip, I would recommend a better one.
