  The hotel is nice. the staff even gave me a coupon for the restaurant on site. signs could be clearer of where to go to get to the hotel. a ...

  The hotel is nice. The staff even gave me a coupon for the restaurant on site. Signs could be clearer of where to go to get to the hotel. A word of advice--take the shuttle when going to the sites in Hartford. Everything in the room was fine. Shuttle service was impeccable.

  The beds at crowne plaza are the best, have found no others that compare. great breakfast (tho not free) with sweet hostess. private room with computers and printers was nice. ...

  We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel as the service we received from all of the staff was exceptional. We also really like the bedding in the rooms, it was the first good night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The amenities in the room were outstanding also. Great variety of food and again, wonderful staff!
