  This is an older hotel but the facility was clean, the service good and location excellent. The light rail train makes travel around Minneapolis very easy. The exercise room needs a good cleaning and updating. I was given a corner room with a great view without having to ask. I was pleased with the stay.

  The crowne plaza was great. the hotel personnel was friendly and helpful. the bed was fantastic...anyone could catch a good night's sleep on that bed. the only problem ...

  The Crowne Plaza was great. The hotel personnel was friendly and helpful. The bed was fantastic...anyone could catch a good night's sleep on that bed. The only problem was when it was time to find some food. It was hard to find waiters in the restaurants or even to tell if the restaurants were even open at about 8 pm. Other than that though it was fantastic!

  I stayed at this hotel on business travel, and found it to be very comfortable. The luxury bed linens were awesome with extra pillows. I usually wake up several times during the night, but I had a great night's sleep on these beds. Definitely at the top of my list the next time I return to the Twin Cities.

  I stayed here on a business trip. they overbooked, so put me in a smoking room, but did not mention it. when i arrived at my room, i called the ...

  I stayed here on a business trip. They overbooked, so put me in a smoking room, but did not mention it. When I arrived at my room, I called the front desk and explained that smoke gave me a headache, etc. They were not even apolegetic, but only offered some Febreeze (which didn't cut it) and told me that they were overbooked and that my travel agent booked it as a flow-through room so they couldn't do anything about it. Further, the room was dirty, the carpet thin, stained and old. The chair was also stained and the wallpaper peeling. It is run-down. I would not stay here again."

  I stayed here on a business trip. They overbooked, so put me in a smoking room, but did not mention it.
