  We arrived at the Comfort Inn expecting a suite, that is what we booked. We did have what was considered a suite in their opinion. I am use to having a seperate sitting area and sleeping area. This is necessary because I only require about four hours of sleep; my husband requires 8. I usually watch TV, catch up on work, and read in the seperate sitting area. This suite had a sitting area that was not seperate from the sleeping area. I couldn't do any of the things I usually do in a suite sitting area because it would bother my husband. I would never ever book a suite at another Comfort Inn. I stepped on a straight pin and noticed the carpet was not very well cleaned. In the bathroom we encountered a tampon wrapper and icky dirt that stuck to our bare feet. The food was good, the location was good, and the desk attendants were excellent.

  This hotel goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service, we first spoke with front desk and referred to sales, she was very friendly, effecient, and was the only return call we had from checking out the area, when we arrived she remembered us and our name.
  The front desk clerk at night was the best. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

  The room was very clean and in good condition. the bed was extremely comfortable. the entrance/breakfast areas are not flashy but who cares about that, right?
