i went there on two occasions. the first time was march 2008, the second time march 2009. both times were great. the staff is the nicest staff i have ever met. he breakfast was fully stocked at all times, clean, and the food was delicious. i felt safe there. you need to use your door key to access the side door or you enter through the front lobby without the card, but there are always attentive staff there at the front desk all hours of the night. this is such a great hotel, the MLB Brewers baseball team houses their players here during Spring training. If your'e a baseball fan, take a camera, a pen, and a baseball and maybe you'll run into a player on the elevator like I did. the second time i went i had only one complaint. the pool and hot tub was kinda dirty. i mentioned it on an online survey i filled out that best western sent me shortly after my stay and the manager assured me that he got that pool clean and tidy as soon as i made mention of the matter. it wasn't all that dirty. heck, the afternoons were so hot, i would have taken a dip in a mudhole on a cattle ranch if i had to. i am looking forward to staying there again the second week in march. i better give them the heads up to get the pool clean for me before i head on to tempe.

We stayed in this hotel the week 0f 5/17-5/22. The staff were so kind and friendly. The room was quiet and clean with nice free toiletries. The pool clean and quiet. The free breakfast was excellent. It varied from eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy to cold cereal, toast, fruit,yogurt and fresh waffles!! The hotel is set back from the main road so you dont hear traffic. We will definitely go back...absolutely recommend it!

We stayed in this hotel the week 0f 5/17-5/22. The staff were so kind and friendly. The room was quiet and clean with nice free toiletries. The pool clean and quiet. The free breakfast was excellent. It varied from eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy to cold cereal, toast, fruit,yogurt and fresh waffles!! The hotel is set back from the main road so you dont hear traffic. We will definitely go back...absolutely recommend it!

Stayed for seven days, the pool stayed oped later than most hotels, came back at nite and enjoyed the quiet nite air and our refreshments on the patio till midnite. Clean rooms and a great breakfast included each morning with plenty of seating. Two computers with printers in the lobby and a very friendly staff throughout our stay, with shuttle service to the airport only six minutes away. Close to restraunts and mall stores no need to always drive.

This is the Seabiscuit of Phoenix hotels. The hotel itself is rather humble but the service is superb! It must be staffed by perfectionists. Everything is clean and in its place. The complimentary breakfast was almost a fully stocked breakfast buffet!
