Property under renovation, but the room was great!

The sign was under update, so the property was hard to find. The lobby and common areas had not been renovated, so it looked a bit shabby upon entry. But once I entered the hall to the room, the carpeting was new and the room was freshly updated.

The hotel has only recently become a Ramada. The biggest problem I had was arriving at 10:30 pm in the rain, driving a strange car. There was no visable sign from the road. The service was quite fine, the room large and clean, the staff very helpful. I'm sure when the changes have been completed it will be a very good hotel. Meeting areas were very nice.

Hotel is laid out in the form of a squared-off 8, with one inner courtyard having the indoor pool, and the other courtyard formerly housing an outdoor pool, but that's been filled in and it's just sort of a scruffy grassy area now. Room was clean, reasonably comfortable bed, reliable Internet access, decent room service food. Decent business hotel for under $100.

We stayed with the Holiday Inn for 8 days for a conference and we had a great experience. Their staff was very friendly, prompt, and available to us for everything. The breakfast team was very good to us, and helped us feel at home.
