I had a wonderful time with my stay. The Service Desk, Restaurant and all employees were wonderful and took care of us greatly. We were there for three days for a wedding and got plenty of suggestions for many employees on great things to do while in the city and we had a fun time. The rooms were very clean, the restaurant was amazing and the wedding was perfect and the room was beautiful.

Disgraceful. For the $***.** a night plus 11.5% tax I am spending during my stay here, the accommodations are shocking. When I sit on the toilet, it shifts precariously. It took twenty-five minutes for the water in the shower to become luke-warm enough to bathe in tolerably, and then suddenly became scalding hot as I was applying my shampoo. When I booked my stay, I was not expecting accommodations of opulence and luxury. I was, however, expecting a well maintained room in which I could comfortably perform my daily ablutions. The price of this stay is by no means a bargain. It is a fee that demands a certain standard which has not been met. I simply can't believe how awful this is for $***.** a night. I've stayed in better for cheaper in New York, Chicago, and LA.

The staff was great, we had to wait in line but a lot of people were checking in and we're mostly travelers and have seen this many times before. Our room was clean and nice, restaurant was wonderful! I've not stayed here for a while due to the hotel needed cleaned up but they remodeling. The bathrooms were new, clean and fresh, great shower and water pressure was perfect. Rooms are spacious and the pool is perfect! The location is great ...We were here for a tournament and though they don't have a free breakfast but it was worth it. We'll be back again, such a friendly place!

I found this hotel to be worth the money. Despite older furnishings, I found the hotel quite pleasant. Everything was clean from bath to bed, great pressure in shower, strong blow dryer, great a/c with little noise, helpful front desk, and nice place to eat at Bennigans. Would recommend if on limited budget.
