  Unclean hotel, old.. needs alot of help, the remodeling is only a bandaid at best! Hair on bathroom floors in my room and all of our wedding parties rooms. Management another story, they could care less

  This hotel is really old, outdated and extremely dirty with a serious sound problem. the holidome is unattended by staff and the facility allows outside persons to have birthday parties ...

  This hotel is really old, outdated and extremely dirty with a serious sound problem. The Holidome is unattended by staff and the facility allows outside persons to have birthday parties in the Holidome. These parties are attended by tons of children swimming and running around with minimal supervision. The facility is very dirty with bugs seen in public as well as the private bathrooms. Staff was unprofessional and unconcerned re: customer complaints.

  checked in, wrong room, came back to the desk, placed in the same room type.. decided I didn't want to walk all the way down again, next morning no continental breakfast... friends stayed elsewhere and were extremely happy with their stay.. I guess it's time to find out where they stayed and go there next time

  I found that the staff of this hotel was very helpful, especially for people whe were unfamiliar with the area. i was very appreciative of the shuttle service.

  The hotel is older but the staff is fantastic. always friendly and willing to help. will go out of their way to make you feel at home.
