The room was clean and had everything it was advertised to provide. Breakfast was a very nice amenity. The location was extremely convenient for shopping and to visit the Biltmore. We will definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for two nights, had a great time and will return. It was very convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway. I messed up the reservations on line, and they were very helpful about fixing them. We took our dog and she enjoyed it too. Her yards were convenient and well maintained. But best of all, was the free, hot, buffet breakfast. We took turns, so that one of us stayed with the dog. It was a little crowded, but we got there early and were richly rewarded. Then they directed us to a local auto repair shop that turn out to be very convenient and incredibly fast. Next time I will reserve rooms directly.

My wife and I stayed at the Days Inn off of Tunnel road and I was not too impressed. The rate was good at $89 a night, and the location was excellent BUT: The pool is advertized to be heated, it was very cold, the free breakfast was gross, the free internet in the lobby was slower than dial-up and on our last morning there the hot water went out. In addition, when we checked out we mentioned our concerns to the front desk staff and he acted like he could care less. the hotel was, however quiet and mostly comfortable, but the few annoying items that I mentioned previously is enough for me to not stay there again.

07/27/2009The rate i was charged for a very basic room bordered on obscene. as for the specifics... the toilet did not flush properly, there was no soap in the room ...
The rate I was charged for a very basic room bordered on obscene. As for the specifics... the toilet did not flush properly, there was no soap in the room when I checked in, the entry door did not close properly ;noise and outside air easily came through the gaps, the furniture was old and well-worn, the tub drain was clogged with what can only be described as a female item.

very nice people ,the breakfast buffet is the best around and plenty of choice yes i would stay here again. with in walking to the mall short drive to Baltmore estate only if trying to turn left to get out is a pain.
