Walked into the room and immediately noticed how nice and clean it smelled! Beds were very comfy and I recommend the KING size bed w/ sofa pullout because you can use the couch to watch T.V., sit back, and relax. The WI-FI internet here works great (on it now) and they even have a free business room where guests can use the internet FOR FREE! The pool was nice and warm, unlike some indoor pools. The heating/cooling system in the room works wonderful. We were able to crank up the heat so that our room would be toasty warm when we came back all soaking wet from the pool. The hotel was nice and peacefully quiet. We've been here for 24 hours and have only heard 2 planes go by...so it's not loud here. The hotel staff was EXTREMELY friendly, both at the service desk and in the restaurant. We ate at the hotel's MacKenzie's Bar & Grill and the food was excellent. Priority club members get a card w/ 4 options on it....50% any meal or room service up to $10 max, free drink up to $4, free breakfast up to $10 max, or 50% off any dinner entree up to $10 max. With priority club membership, we were given a late check-out time of 2PM which we loved because our event wasn't until 2PM the next day. I highly recommend staying the night at this hotel.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the price was right. Definitely a good place to stay if you are going to Oberlin, and I will stay there next time. It wasn't perfect, though. The combination shampoo/conditioner was a bummer. It may be modern, but it's really a bad idea. Room coffee was provided, and the restaurant was reasonable, but a coffee urn for those of us who are on the way out and don't want a sit-down breakfast would be much appreciated.

07/19/2007I needed a wake up call @ 6am for a doctors appt. @ cleveland clinic. i never got that call. they did not have a comp. braekfast. employees were nice.
