The front lobby and kitchen area was very clean, the desk clerk was helpful, the smoking room was not as clean as I expected. There were cobwebs in the bathroom behind the door, and the baseboards were not clean, the lamp shade was broken with a burn in it. The air-conditioner was not working. When the room was cleaned the coffee was not replaced. We stayed for two days. The exercise equipment was not working. The vending machines were not working properly, it took money and did not give product. The desk clerk gave us our money back. There were fights in the parking lot.

this hotel was clean, friendly service and had a nice continental breakfast. The indoor pool was on the chilly side and had to much cholrine in it. The only thing about the room that needs improvement is an exhaust fan in the bathroom. When you took your shower, you had to open the door so the humidity would desipate. It's ironic that we stayed at this hotel last year and got the exact room we were in last year! I've never had that happen before. Good value for a family vacation.

Their layout of long hallways left us confused and away from everything. Only 2 ice machines, kids running down hallways, the pool was small & constantly crowded. Chair in room was broken. Staff hardly spoke english. What a waste, this was not the relaxing weekend we hoped for. Don't expect much from this hotel.

Room wasn't clean at all. Receptionist looked like a biker chick that just got out of bed when we checked in at 3 or whatever check in time is. Not professional at all. The ceiling in the lobby had a HUGE hole and more of the ceiling was starting to fall. Room was nasty. Pool had such STRONG chemicals that we could hardly swim in it.
VERY OLD hotel and we will NEVER stay again. -

Our stay here was AWFUL! The room smelled bad, the bottom of the tub was gray and slightly slimy. And to ice the AWFUL cake, when we got into bed, it was SOAKED WITH URINE (yes, it is completely true). We asked the front desk for clean bedding, which they happily obliged in giving us. We had to flip the mattress and put on the clean bedding ourselves because our kids were sleeping in the other bed and we didn't feel like moving them to a (hopefully) clean room. And the management felt that our urine soaked bed was worth a 25% discount -- about 75% less than I felt it was worth. We are VERY unhappy and will never stay at this hotel again!
