I'm not a prude but this hotel is truly a dump. The room smelled like old beer and mildew and the bathroom ceiling was moldy. The couch in our ""suite"" was covered with stains and also smelled to high heaven. I'm sure the place hasn't been remodeled in at least 15 years. If you're a party of 10 spring breakers, this is the place for you. Awful, Awful, Awful! The emplyees are trying their hardest though, thats all I can say. However they don't have much to work with.

The staff was great, the room was pretty good not the hilton but for the money was great. The pool was pretty good, alot of kids and very few parents around. Hot tub is great it is kinda seporated from the pool which makes it nice when your trying to relax. Bar was pretty cool by the pool and made good use of the outdoor pool tables. I would send everyone that asks me to this hotel. The breakfast was kinda a joke but hey it's free and that's a bonus.

What a fabulous stay we had at this hotel. We stayed there for 4 days before our cruise and liked it so much we went back for 4 more days after the cruise. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping staff are very good and also very friendly. This hotel has free parking, free breakfast, an on-site grill that have the best hamburgers EVER!!! The pool and hot tub are great. They have lots of towels and chairs available at all times and the pool is the perfect sized and shape. The hot tub is great too! The rooms are huge. The beds are very comfortable. Tv's in both the bedroom and the living room, refrigerator, microwave. It's all there!!! I can't say enough about this hotel. We can't wait to go to Florida again just so we can stay at this hotel. It was AWESOME and I would give it an A++

This was one of the worst hotel stays ever. They had us booked into a smoking room, my reservation was for non-smoking. I had to call the travel agency to get the hotel to come up with another room, and we went from a suite with 2 beds to a suite with 1 bed and a fold out couch in the living room area. My kids didn't want to sleep on the couch-bed, all the noise from the pool area was a little frightening to them, so my husband and I spent our vacation sleeping in separate rooms. And the way the rooms are set up, if you have to sleep in the living room area, you are only feet from the pool, outdoor bar, and billards table, and all the loud talking and laughter that goes along with a bar at night. The couch, when folded out, had a wafer thin mattress, and takes up the whole room, so we had to make it up first thing in the morning...yes, I got to spend my vacation making up a bed 2x/day. The staff was rude, after calling and asking about getting an extra towel, I was afraid to call the front desk again, the woman was rude and sarcastic. When I made up the couch the first night, I unfolded the blanket, and found long black hairs scattered all over it...so they were apparently not washing the blankets between guests. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and mildew around the tub. The free breakfast is a joke, the orange juice is actually weak Tang, there is not enough seating, cereal ran out , the fruit is canned fruit cocktail. I cannot say enough BAD things about this hotel.
