Nov 4, 2009 stayed there on second floor. Noisy, Noisy, people walked all night on the third floor. Noisy from the highway all night long. This hotel is builded between two exit ramps. Trucks and car sounds all night long. Noisy Noisy Noisy. Would never stay again.

We stayed fort Fri & Sat nights; wife and I in one room and 30 year old daughter in another. We were all very satisfied with staff, room, cleanliness, and free breakfast. Very good location and room was quiet. Small but nice fitness center.Bathroom was clean, well lighted and devided. Refrig, micro as well. Large room, not a dinky 'motel' room. The daughter travels extensivly with work and was very pleased as well.

There was no mention when booking my room over the phone or at the web site that there would be a surcharge of $50 for my pet which I mentioned while making the reservation on the phone. The hotel has no restaurant, bar or any other place for a traveler to relax except the room. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

This hotel was a great choice when looking for hotels in the Lancaster area. We requested a handicap accessible room (which we received). The only unfortunate experience we had was the bed--it was just too high to get my wheelchair-bound Mom onto. She opted for the pull out bed. Unfortunately, the pull out was bowed in the middle so getting her standing in the morning was a real challenge. We managed though. The hotel offers a light supper (free of charge) on Wednesday nights which was delicious (we had bbq pork sandwiches, pasta salad, chips and fruit, with cake for dessert) and the breakfasts on our 2 mornings was great also (one morning was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc. and the second morning was french toast, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc.). We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again. I really appreciated the hot coffee station in the Hawthorn Room 24 hours a day.
