  My husband and i live in kalamazoo and we wanted to get away for the night so we got a good deal on a jacuzzi suite!!! it was very nice!!!

  Got in around 11pm after driving all day. got undressed and started to shower before we realized how filthy the room was. hair in the tub, toothpaste spit on the ...

  Got in around 11pm after driving all day. Got undressed and started to shower before we realized how filthy the room was. Hair in the tub, toothpaste spit on the mirror, sticky ice bucket, mirror behind microwave was filthy, microwave was filthy, opened fridge and stunk up entire room with smell from old food left in there, carpet was dirty and we were in serious doubt as to whether the bed linens had been changed from the last person. Walls were paper thin and the hotel was very loud with a lot of underage unsupervised teenagers running around.

  This hotel was a good value for the money. The front desk clerks were friendly, and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and clean. The bathrooms were also clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The beds were fairly comfortable with clean linens. The breakfast was very good offering waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage, cereal, fruit, and coffee. I would recommend this hotel, as I have made three previous trips to Kalamazoo, and not been very satisfied with other hotels in this price range.
