My non smoking room smelled of heavy smoke. After changing rooms the smoke seemed to be in all the rooms. The rooms are very small and the baths smaller and the fixtures are old and look not very clean. I think one could find a better hotel for the same value in the area.

We stayed for 3 nights and we very pleased. Nice room and a good free breakfest (except VERY weak coffe each day). Well worth the room rate. We are coming back in December and will plan to stay here again.

HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. WONDERFUL COMPLIMENTARY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WITH MAKE YOUR OWN WAFFLES EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK. NICE POOL AND BUSINESS CENTER, FITNESS CENTER. GOOD LOCATION, CLOSE TO SMALL SHOPPING PLAZA AND NEXT DOOR TO CRACKER BARREL AND WILD WINGS CAFE. NICE STAFF. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

We brought our daughter to move-in and begin her freshman year at the U. of TN. Weather ws 100 degrees, but hotel room was refreshing, breakfast was good. The hotel was convenient to the interstate and we will probably stay there again the next time we visit Knoxville.
