Thorough, welcoming, service-oriented. All staff was competent and helpful The room was lovely, large, clean but lacked a sufficient workspace for those of us on business. A square table and dining chair was uncomfortable for prolonged working. Additionally, the single computer at the "business center" was extraordinarily slow and unacceptable. All in all, an acceptable Holiday Inn EXPRESS experience.

The hotel was DIRTY...there were dead bugs everywhere. Overall, it was a creepy place. The first room we checked into was an adjoining room. The rooms were large, but the walls must have been paper-thin, because we could hear everything our neighbors were saying. They nicely switched out room to a quieter area and even upgraded us. The housekeeping service was awful and there was dirt from the previous people who stayed in the room... The hotel was decently located between the districts, but I would likely not stay there again...

We came to Cleveland to attend two baseball games. It was well worth the trip! We arrived very early in the morning and they found a room for us so we could check-in early even with a convention in town. Hotel was within walking distance for our needs - Progressive Field and the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame. Room was huge with two televisions, clean, and the shower and never ending hot water was wonderful. Staff answered all our questions and were extremely helpful. The food at the grille located in the building is delicious. Breakfast buffet was also excellent with plenty of food and choices. Hotel does need an informal regular restaurant. No pool but that wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay here again!
