I visit my Dad every year and for the past four years I've stayed at this hotel. It's been great! The people who work there seem to really care about your needs. They have fresh baked cookies, an indoor swimming pool, and clean rooms. What else do you want? It's by far the best 3 star hotel I've ever stayed in.

Our room was not cleaned properly during our stay. The cleaning person placed our dirty glasses back on the tray without replacing them because they thought that we had not used them. There was no manager on duty on the weekend nights until 8AM, and since we were checking out before 6AM the front desk person was unable to help resolve our issues. It took over a full week of repeated calls to the hotel to finally speak with a manager who initially refused do anything, because I was "offered free breakfast" by the night clerk even though I was checking out an hour before breakfast was available. The manager said "My cleaning manager spoke with the cleaning person that cleaned the room and that the person admitted to not replacing the glasses in the room". After insisting that I could have received much better service than that in a hotel stay for half of the price, the manager would only relent to refunding $ of my $ bill for two nights. I told the manager that I would include whatever resolution that was offered in my review so it is only fair that I mention that the manager did credit my account with $. Oh, and the breakfast that I was offered ... that will cost you eight bucks a person which is a far cry from the free continental breakfasts given at many other hotels. The gym is so tiny that two people can barely move in the room, and the indoor pool area reeks of chlorine so badly that it is even unpleasant just to walk through. You be the judge, but don't say that you were not warned by my review. This hotel is truly subpar compared with other Marriott hotels that I have stayed in.

The furnishing/furniture were old. The room was not clean especially the bathroom, the ff the baseboards-ever, something spilled on the back of the door, toilet paper holder was dirty, dust hanging down from over the a/c-heating unit. This was a smoking room, but needed a good washing of the bed covers and drapes or maybe some febreeze.
