We had a good experience at this condo - the location is convenient to restaurants and shopping and is very quiet. The beach access from the rear of the complex is very good and has few people on it, however there were several days with quite of bit of seaweed that washed up. The complex has a nice landscaped lawn area btwn the complex and the beach for sunbathing and a very clean but relatively small swimming pool. The unit was clean and had a great unobstructed view of the ocean, the only negative was the window mount air conditioner that is inadequate to keep the entire unit cool and the bedroom is too far from the ac to get cool. I would recommend this complex to someone wanting a quiet, laid back vacation who isn't looking for large resort type amenities or daily maid service.

My 2 young daughters, husband and I stayed in unit 102. It was very nicely furnished and had all the things you need. The ground floor was nice because we could just walk out of our unit and onto the beach. The beach is small and has seaweed, but it was great for us. You could walk out into the ocean knee-high for hundreds of feet, so it's great for kids. Most days we were the only ones on the beach. The condo complex is simple with no services - more like a home away from home. Longs drugs, grocery store, medical cliniics, resataurants and shops are just arounf the corner - a easy 5 minute walk. Good beaches and more shops and restaurants are just a 5 minute drive south. We had only two complaints. The air conditioning did not reach the bedroom too well. The biggest issue we had is that homeless people hang out at the south edge of the property sometimes sleeping in the bushes, beach and grass. They also shower at the "rinse off" showers located on the grass area in front of the condos. They didn't bother anyone, but it is a bit unnerving.

We stayed the week of 5/4/09-5/10/09 and we had the best vacation ever! This place is super quiet and has an awesome beach!! We stayed in studio #312 on the 3rd floor, what a view! This studio has also been updated throughout, new appliances in kitchen and bathroom was recently retiled. The trade winds were just enough to keep our sliding door open and not have to use the air conditioner. This is our sixth visit to Maui and this place rates in the top two for us. Also close to Longs and market.
