I enjoyed my stay at 4 queens, the bed was very comfortable and all the facilities were fully operational. I spent 5 nights and enjoyed every bit of my stay. The only challenge I had was my next room neighbour that smokes, I was inhaling the smoke from my room even though I don't smoke. I will advise the management of 4 Queens to dedicate some floors of the hotel to non-smokers.

Room was simple and relatively unattractive. Upon cking in, room had half empty can of soda on table and glasses (that had been used) on another table. Advised front desk but nothing was ever done to correct the problem. Upon checking out, asked for late ck out but was denied rather rudely. Would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel in Jan of 2009 and can tell you for a special package one could not ask for anything better FIRST CLASS Room with everything one could ask for. If they place a Mini Bar in the room it would be IMO better yet. Food service is great and so are the meals with some of the best service day or night. Many ask us where to stay on the strip well we have been at the Golden N. and The Four Queens I rate them just about the same less the pool yet that is going to change I'm hearing with the Four Queens soon., If you need help with anything just ask one of the bell boys they will get you maps of the city take you over to were you need to get a bus, cab or other arangments. Feel free to ask for a players card heck you could just win enough money and points where they may ask you back and give you a free room for a few days as part of the comp service.. Well enjoy your stay we sure did from Jan 5 to Jan 9 in 2009 and look to go back this year in Feb of 2010. Have fun and tell the front desk you read this hear when they ask just tell them Jim and Susan Nelson from Wisconsin sent you from there on your tirp will be it's best. Oh, yes and Good Luck with any gaming you may try.

The rooms were small and the bathroom even smaller. The lighting was bad in the rooms. The staff were great. The linen was dingy and the pillows were too soft. The liner in the bathtub was dirty and underneath the flap which kept coming up almost made you not want to take a bath. There were no shower caps in the room.
