The room was nice and spacious, we had a view overlooking the inner harbor. Everything was clean and tidy. There was an unexpected $10 fee... for each night!! that included ""free water"" (2 bottles, and we had three in the room!), internet connection and phones. Parking was expensive, we should've just used the valet--it would've cost the same. Close enough to walk to the inner harbor, and convention center (which was why we were there) but it was EXTREMELY noisy. Sirens and commotion on the street kept me up until after three AM on Friday night. Saturday and Sunday were quieter. One of the members in our party woke up with bug bites, also. Each morning the staff had never restocked our towels. We had to ask for clean towels every morning. Breakfast was really good--warm options for omelets, or pancakes or waffles... which was a nice change from a cereal dispenser. The staff was polite, all except the first man to greet us who mumbled under his breath, and spent more time talking to the woman working with him than to us. I got my key card, went upstairs and had only understood about half of what he said. Somewhere in the mumbling was the additional $10 fee, and I really never understood what it was for...

i asked for a room with two beds and a view for my moms 75th birthday, got a view of offices and street.two people booked, one robe in the room first day. never got the paper delivered to our room one time. 2nd day, no water bottles, no wash clothes, no hand towels, no coffee.3rd day no paper. no water bottles. no soap or shampoo, so it seems they have a housekeeping issue.when they say 4.00 check in they mean it, we got there at 3.25 and did'nt get our keys until 4.15 and had to sit in a very hot lobby.there are no fans in the bathroom which i will never understand, no shower caps.bathroom started to smell mildewy by the time the room got serviced which is not until late afternoon.there is no pool. the breakfast bar in the Cloud Room was very good every day, and the staff very nice. the shuttle from the BROOKSHIRE TO THE SISTERS HOTLES WAS VERY GOOD AND ALL DRIVERS VERY HELPFUL.When i go back to Baltimore i will stay at the sister hotel in Fells Point. To get out of your room you can go to the Cloud Room to read and they had a week-day happy hour, cheap liquor, but beer and wine selection good. For the price of the room it was a o.k.,but being on vacation i hate to have to nag about the small stuff. the 9.95 acess fee is suppose to cover the paper, water, shuttle and internet use.

Although the staff was very courteous, the bay window was single pane glass and there were sirens running all night long and I think I could have heard a bicyle pedalling by on the street 9 floors below me. I requested a fan to drown out the noise and was provided one but the room was a constant 75 degrees and when I turned the air conditioner to 50 degrees it made no difference. When I called the front desk to complain at 2 am, they told me to "open a window" which would have made the noise even worse. Location was handy for the trade show but uncomfortable beds and sirens at night don't make for a very restful sleep. I will go elsewhere next time. Very small room.

We were here on a small getaway visiting family and we had a great time. The staff was always pleasant and professional. Great breakfast and reception in the evening. The location is perfect to the inner harbor. There is some traffic, but that's to be expected, you're in a large developed urban city. Often people write reviews to complain about dumb things, usually cheap people. Valet parking and resort fee was reasonable, great value for a big city. You guys went above and beyond. Keep up the great job! We will be back!
