This Hotel did not know about the Trade Show I attended four three days. I got charged hidden charges of $* per day for amenity charges which is a gross error on your behalf selling us a prepaid package. I have used travel agency for allot of my Vacations in the past years and now I will never use your services again cause this is the second time I have been overcharged on my credit card for expenses that you do not disclose to customers. We stayed for 2 nights in September. Size wise, the room was adequate but there was a ribbon of dust along the baseboard all around the room. We reserved for 2 adults and 2 kids and found only 2 towel sets. Front desk clerks were not friendly and borderline rude, as were most staff memebers. When we checked in, no one was manning the front desk and when someone did appear, she didn't acknowledge me nor did she greet me. In fact, she had to finish typing something before helping me - no one else was checking in or out. The most pleasant person we ran into was the housekeeper! I nominate her for Management! When we checked out, the clerk asked the obligatory questions about our stay but wasn't really interested in hearing my response or involving the management. The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it is a pretty safe place but there are nicer hotels for the money with just as much security if not more! We are going back in December and will NOT be staying at this hotel!

I stayed at Boulder Station Hotel and Casino from 9/19-9/25 1 week. I was with my sister, and we were in town to see some family members who live in Vegas. We both left with the feeling that we will never again stay at this station property again. First, there was a very noisy group of foreigners in the rooms around us for the first 3 days, and we could not get any sleep, the hotel said that this group was leaving the next day, so we stayed in our room, but that group was replaced by another noisy group a day later, we were also kept awake one morning at 3:00 a.m. by the noise of the headboard in the next room banging against the wall, because of thin walls, I mean, I know this is Vegas and all, but come on. Also we did not know that they allowed pets until we saw some people with a dog, staying on our floor.Second- We were excited to learn that the casino was giving away two cars (smart cars) on the following Fri-Sat night. So we got our players cards from the players club when we got there. It was about 10:00pm when we checked in, and went to the casino to get our players cards, but when we got them, they(the players club) never told us that they had to "activate" the portion of our cards that would give us each 5 chances per day to win one of the car's, we found out about this 5 days later, and they refused to give us any missed credits. The maid service was also very inconsistent, one day it was OK, the next poorly made beds, unclean sheets ect. I love Vegas, but won't stay there again.

We found Boulder Station to be a destination in itself. Lots of Slots, eleven movie screens, plenty of food choices, and great 2 for 1 deals. The breakfast buffet was our favorite. With the coupon in every days paper it cost about 3 bucks apiece, including a great omelet station. The location away from the strip but close to the xway enabled us to get everywhere easily. The rooms were about $* a night including the $13 amenities charge at check out. Not bad. We will stay at a Station hotel again. There are about six of them.

Upon arriving, with a guarenteed late arrival at 2am I was told there were additional fees that would have to be paid! First there was a DEPOSIT per room that had to be paid in advance and also a fee for the use of ammenities like the (outdated) use of the internet connection, the pool, resturant access. etc. I did complain to the manager in charge and it was just a hastle. I believe in quality guest service and I believe that this was just not an part of their daily excercise. So BEFORE you make a reservation make sure you plan on having the hotel hold on to your deposit on the rooms upon arrival and it not getting posted back to your account for several day's after you check out. The discount looks good at first but nextime I will be staying in town as the drive was at least 30 minutes away in good traffic to the strip and longer because of most of the construction going on around town. GOOD LUCK with this one!!
