Five of us, including two children stayed here in just one room. Two beds and a sofa made it possible. The pool was nice and warm. The continental breakfast was awesome - we even made our own waffles. Great customer service, too. We'll be back.

It was our second or third stay there - about once every five years. It will always be our first call for a reservation. Hey, if it works, why take a chance! Ideal location to restaurants, all the shops, canal, bridge, walking path along shore, etc. The hotel has a great atmosphere and services. Sure maybe a little spendy but what do you expect in the summer in Duluth? How often do you do it? I'll bet if one were to add it all up (driving from some cheaper hotel a ways off to get to Canal Park, the parking, the great little breakfasts) you wouldn't be far off. Go for it! (From the sound of some reviewers you'd think some folks were picking a spouse or buying a house or something.) Besides, it really puts my wife if the right mood!

This was my second stay at the Comfort Suites Canal Park in Duluth. Since the last time, they have fully upgraded the beds and bedding and I don't think I have ever slept in a more luxurious bed at a hotel before this. You can't beat the location for its proximity to the attractions and eating establishments in Canal Park. We got a lake-view room and it was fun to watch the ships come in and the people strolling on the Harbor Walk.
