  Four friends and I were backpacking in Denali and stayed here before our hike after arriving in Anchorage. The room was very large and contained a sleeper sofa so all five us were able to stay in one room. The staff was friendly and the restaurant had a great breakfast. Don't expect the Ritz, but overall a great place to stay. I'd definitely stay there again.

  The hotel is going thru a room remodel while we were there. what we saw looked great. will be back
