Flat screen TV, Clean, renovated rooms, great fireplace in the atrium, bar and restaurant (prime rib special on Friday night was really good). All this at a bargain price. I will definately stay here on my next visit to Colorado Springs.

My family and I went to Colorado Springs for weekend get away. All of us had a wonderful time. Staff VERY friendly. Food wonderful...great location directly off I-25. (No Hassle on or off highway.) My family loved the indoor pool and work out room….Made to order pizzas were a plus for the kids!!!! Must return and will!!!!

The large, clean, comfortable rooms are just a start to this locations attributes. This is the only hotel that I have found the dinning reasonably priced, with great service, and good food. The different specials each night kept us returning rather than going out. The staff is very friendly. I highly recomend this place to folks that want a clean room with great location to area attractions, with no hassle.

The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, the pool was nice, and the fitness room had good equipment room for us to get in a cardio workout. We put the in-room fridge and microwave to good use, and the bed and flat screen TV were awesome!!! We appreciated the free wireless internet connection immensely. The hotel’s location is excellent because it is so easy to reach off I-25, and there are so many shops and restaurants nearby. To top it all off, the complimentary breakfast was excellent. They had eggs, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, french toast, breakfast burritos, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc... I love a good hot breakfast and this hotel’s breakfast was excellent.

We visited this hotel and absolutely hated the service the place looked amazing at first but the supervisor was very un professional and ignorant. They believe to work with you as a person not as a customer and client the rooms were good till we found out they washed nothing they just made the beds we asked room service to send us a pillow they sent us a little girls pillow with crayon all over it. The supervisor also was very affended we were their on military business and does not believe we were supposed to get the rates we got even though we were on pre deployment. All we wanted was to see our family and just cause they were their a quarter to 12 they charged us for them being their without us knowing. this also prompted them to charge our card *dollars a night for damage deposits without our consent. after confronting them with this all they cared about was their policy and had no consideration for customer service. This is what I fight for? suprising huh well if so i hope they all go out of business. so if you are planning on staying here check your credit card, bed sheets, pillows and towels and no guests after 9 and plan on being checked on like a little child.
