- Upon the guest's arrival, the resort will require a deposit from the guest in the form of a major credit card (no cash or debit card) for incidentals.
- Cypress Pointe Grande Villas will begin construction on a new tennis court and laundry building on April 15, 2008. This construction should last for about 5 months.
- Guests must be 21 years of age at the time of check in unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can Be A Great Stay

My husband and I have stayed a number of times at this resort, and the apartments/villas vary enormously depending on the building you are situated in, hence the diversity in the reviews. The buildings that were part of phase one and two are now old and very tatty and in bad need of renovation. (that may be starting to happen) The newer buildings are much better and cleaner, they "look" better because they are modern with up to date furnishing. We found out the hard way, on our second visit, being given an apartment in an old building. It was awful and after just one night we were back in reception asking to be moved. Reception was not very helpful at first but as they were not very busy at the time, we tried to be chatty and pleasant. Not judgemental and refused to get angry at their attitude, eventually we won them over to seeing our point of view. They showed us a map of the complex and pointed out the newer and newest phases, some were not yet for rent, others were but maybe a little more per night, no more than $10.00. then they surprised us by giving us several keys to look round a few villas and make our choice, which we did and settled on a lovely apartment for an extra $5.00 per night. They told us in future to remember the name of the building and to ask for an apartment in that building (if available) when next we book, at least ask for a stay in a newer building. We have always followed this advice and so far so good, not always the same building but always one of the newer ones.

My boyfriend and I loved this place. Perfect location... It was close to everything. I understood during check in that there will be no maid service so I wasn't disappointed. Didn't have a hard time checking in. The room was spotless and I loved the fact they had a kitchen and washer/dryer. Will definitely come back!!!!

06/22/2006Grounds are well kept, but units need maintenance in older phase 1 - bathroom fixtures were broken, there were ants in the bathroom, and the overall appearance needs to be updated.
