  Recently stayed at this hotel after attending a Buffalo Sabres game. Great location, staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. No wait for elevators, even with a large group checking in at the same time as we were. Reservations were correct and our room was ready even before check in time. We are returning to attend another game in January and will be making future reservations at this hotel.

  This hotel is great. It's clean, good parking, friendly staff, and a good breakfast buffet. I stayed with husband and 1 year old son. The provided mobile crib with no problem. I have also stayed here for business with no problems.

  When i contacted them they assured me that they provided shuttle service to and from the airport. when i asked for the shuttle the day of my departure they told ...

  when I contacted them they assured me that they provided shuttle service to and from the airport. When I asked for the shuttle the day of my departure they told me it was unavailable. It was going to be in the shop. I had to argue with the front desk to provide me a taxi which they eventually agreed to pay for.
